Creative

Growing up, I was always enrolled in some sort of art class. From painting to pen and ink to oil pastel, I've fallen in love with it all. As an advertising student, I have put my artistic side to good use as I've had the chance to create for top brands. In my Advertising Creative course, I learned about art direction, copywriting, and design. I also spent an entire semester creating a full campaign for Adobe through the National Student Advertising Competition.

Strategy

I've always found myself asking the question "Why?". Whether inside or out of the classroom, my desire to answer the world's "Why?" has lead me to pursue a career in advertising. My coursework in strategy has challenged me in ways I never thought possible. I've jumped head first into brand redesigns and creative concepting. I'm always eager for the chance to learn about people and to discover big ideas about them and the world.

Writing

As a student in UNC's Hussman School of Journalism and Media, I have been challenged beyond measure in my writing capabilities. In my Writing and Reporting class, I mastered AP Style and investigative reporting. During my various marketing and advertising internships, I grew my content creation skills as I was challenged to craft custom content for blogs and websites.

Photography

My first passion was photography. I was enrolled in International Baccalaureate art courses in high school where I fine tuned my skills in digital photography, film photography, and photoshop. In 2016, the Mint Museum in Charlotte, NC even exhibited my work. Today, I am an avid travel and wildlife photographer.
